See and contest your record

If you have stayed in short-term rentals, hosts may have written about a stay with you on STRGuestReviews.com. You do not have an account here, but you can ask to see what is recorded about you and tell us if any of it is wrong.

We compare this against what we hold without ever storing it in readable form, and send the link to this same address. If a host only has your phone number, use the form below.

No email address on file, or only a phone number

Hosts are not required to record a guest's contact details, so we often hold none. If the form above finds nothing, or a host would only have your phone number, write to us here instead and a moderator will follow it up by hand.

Include the listing address or URL if you know it. That is usually what lets us find the right record.

You can also write to legal@strguestreviews.invalid, or [LEGAL ENTITY NAME TBD], [POSTAL ADDRESS TBD].
